Hey book nerds! I wanted to check in and let you know how my first week of the N.E.W.T.S. went. My week was much busier than planned but I still managed to get some reading in thanks to audio books and graphic novels. I’m feeling pretty good about my progress so far. Here are the N.E.W.T.S. challenges I have completed and the ones I’m currently working on.
Arithmacy:
- The Other Woman by Sandie Jones (ARC) – This one was a disappointment. My review will be going up soon.
- In A Dark Dark Wood by Ruth Ware (Physical Book) – I really loved this one up until the end. My review will be going up soon.
- Giant Days Vol. 4 (Hoopla) – I love this graphic novel series so much. The art work is so colorful and the story line is entertaining.
Herbology:
- Giant Days Vol. 6 (Hoopla) – Again love love love this graphic novel series.
- Giant Days Vol. 7 (Hoopla) – see above
- The Sun and Her Flowers by Rupi Kaur (eBook) – I just started this one. I’m not sure if I’m liking it or not.
That’s where I ended this week as far as my N.E.W.T.S. go. I’m hoping I’ll do just as well after the end of week two. Wish me luck!
