Hi friends! It’s time for the #FrightFall Read-a-thon! Fright Fall is hosted by Seasons of Reading. If you would like to sign up you can go do so here. This is a month long reading challenge where we focus on reading books that we consider to be scary. It can be horror, suspense-thriller, crime thriller, etc. You can read as many frightful books as you like, but the only requirement is that you read ONE book that falls into that category. After that any books that you read during the reading challenge will count.
As you know, I do enjoy creepy, and suspenseful reads that will keep me reading well into the night. There’s something about the macabre that just fascinates me. I just love it, whether it is a classic Gothic horror, modern day horror, or suspense thriller. I happily devour them all. I’ve been so focused the last few years on adding more variety to what I read and diversifying my TBR shelf that I haven’t really been reading one of my favorite genres. I’m very excited to have an excuse through this readathon to just read horror and suspense-thrillers in October. That said, let’s get into my tentative TBR.

I’m not sure how many of these I’ll be able to read but I’m going to try to fit in as many as I can in October. I’ll do my best to keep you updated on my progress in my weekly posts. I will also post my updates on Twitter and Instagram using the hash tag #FrightFall. Links to my social media are up at the top of the sidebar.
That’s it for my reading plans for Fright Fall. Are you participating in Fright Fall? What books are you reading? Let’s chat down in the comments section.
As always keep on reading and stay book nerdy my friends!
The synopsis of The Anomoly sound so intriguing. Here is my Fall-ish TBR https://busyraisingwildthings.wordpress.com/2018/09/27/just-some-cozy-reads-for-fall/ 🙂 I am currently reading A Discovery of Witches.
