Book Haul

Stacking the Shelves 11/13/21

Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and Reading Reality all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in a physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts, and of course ebooks!

Hi friends! I hope you are having a good weekend so far. I’ve been enjoying the extended time off I’ve taken for my birthday weekend. My sister took me out and about yesterday for some book shopping. It was great. I tried the new gingerbread latte at the B &N cafe and it was delicious. I wish I had bought a tin of tea so I could make some at home. I will have to look into buying it online. I treated myself to some books for my birthday while I was there. I splurged a little but my birthday only comes once a year and I saved up for it. I also renewed my KU subscription and shopped some of the early Black Friday kindle book deals this week. I’m not sure how soon I’ll get to these but I’m hoping soon. Here are the books I added to be growing TBR this week.

I ended up taking all of them instead of just one. I have no regrets! I am so excited to read them all and I have no clue where to start. If you have one you think I should read sooner rather than later please let me know.

I picked up these two on sale on Amazon. I’ve had both on my wishlist for quite a while so I’m excited to finally have a copy of them on my shelves. I can’t wait to dive into them because everyone I know that has read these two books has enjoyed them.

I also was able to get the following eBooks on sale on Amazon via their Kindle daily and monthly deals.

That’s all the books I’ve added to my TBR this week. So far I’ve only had the chance to read one of them, which was Vita Nostra. It was probably the weirdest book I’ve read since The Starless Sea and I loved it. I did skip my BOTM subscription box this month so I won’t have an unboxing for November. I’m okay with that though because as you can see I have added quite a bit to my TBR this month.

Let’s chat down below. Have you read these? Did you do an STS post? Do you have any book recommendations for me? Please let me know down below so I can check them out.
